The Personal Assistance Services Council (PASC)











PASC, the Personal Assistance Services Council is the public authority for In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) in Los Angeles County. PASC was established by the County Board of Supervisors in 1997, and its main goal is to enhance the IHSS Program.  representing over 180,000 IHSS Consumers.   PASC operates a Registry to provide referrals for IHSS Consumers and Providers, and provides an array of support services to improve the IHSS Program in general.

 
PASC also provides free educational classes  on a variety of topics such as Diabetes and Weight Management and other topics/ issues throughout L.A. County.  For information about our classes call (877) 565- 4477.
